Returns & Refunds

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Food opened after delivery cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, with your order reference and the items you are returning.
2. We reply with the return address. Please wait for it before you send anything.
3. Send the items within 14 days of your message. Return postage is paid by you.
4. We refund you by bank transfer within 14 days of your message, including the standard shipping you paid. We may wait until the items arrive or you send proof of postage.

Condition

If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Tell us as soon as you notice, with a photo. We refund the item in full, return postage included, or replace it if the same piece is still available. Do not send it back before we reply. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity in section 8 of our Terms and Conditions.

Import duties

Duties and taxes paid on delivery go to customs, not to us, so they are not part of our refund.
